Premium Professional Support

Our premium professional support services are for activities that fall outside of our support contracts.

They can include:

• Graphic design
• Web development
• Copywriting
• Conversion Consulting
• Integration with 3rd party systems
• Liaison with other suppliers

Professional support can be purchased in any of three ways:

1. Ad-hoc hourly
   Minimum 1 hour charge for small, infrequent tasks
   Pay online
2. Ad-hoc pre-pay 
   1 day's worth of services purchased in advance, usable in blocks of 30 minutes or more
   Pay online
3. Retainer
   Minimum of 2 days/ month on a 6 month rolling contract – in place for clients who have consistent ongoing marketing activity
   Custom pricing depending on requirements

“Rush” jobs requiring response in less than 24 hours are charged at 2 x the standard rate-card, but subject to available resource.

“Out-Of-Hours Rush” jobs requiring action out of normal office hours, weekends or bank holidays are charged at 3x  the usual rate-card
